Hullo! I thought that I'd create another feedback style thread regarding the latest update: The AdminShop!
I personally am quite happy with the new Adminshop. The build looks very nice and modern, the prices are fair, and you can even trade in your soul for cash! There is also a very chatty shopkeeper, although he can be somewhat quirky at times.

My only complaint is that Ink is a bit too expensive. Since Squids are as rare as Bigfoot nowadays, I feel as if the cost of Ink (In the AdminShop) should reflect the cost that it would be otherwise. $100CC for each Ink Sac is a bit too high, especially if you need a lot for crafting! Other than that, I feel as if all the other prices are fairly reasonable.

Anyways, what are your guys's thoughts on the new AdminShop? Any items you want to see added? I personally think that it'd be cool to see unique/custom Banners and Fireworks added! Popular banner designs that exceed the 6 Layer Limit are banners I'd definitely pay for! Finally, thanks to @Matthias1266 for showing off my previous thread on Quests!

The only thing I feel should be changed is selling bones but I could see why they are so low other than that I really do like the admin shop

Really like the design and whatnot... Not a huge fan of sell prices.. They all need a buff plox. I'd love to be able to have an equal market, but I know setting prices is really hard, especially when you need to balance out AH, quests, etc. Hopefully, it is even and we don't have a situation where the sell price of 64 melon seeds = 64 melon blocks. (1 block = 9 melons = 9 seeds).

Edit: Recent video explained a bit on why sell prices are low

My point kind-of still stands, but I wanted to just elaborate a bit more (Sorry if I offended you matt or whatnot). I hope that the prices in the sell shop will balance out the people being able to get player ranks fairly. In sophus, people could get their ranks in a fair manner if they played enough quests, but there was still an imbalance or whatnot to those who have and those who do not have ranks, as seen by baltop. along with that, it caused an influx of prices to rise and drop. With the more popular shops, you could buy items because you had a gigantic influx of money or whatnot. If there was a good admin shop, I think it would be beneficial to raise the buy / sell price both at the same time to keep things consistent with player shops, auction houses, quests rewards, etc..

It's kind-of a hard dilemma I see. As new players join, they will add money into the big trading "Pot" since they want to try and get /fly, which will then cause prices to rise higher on other items, which then if admins try and balance by rising the admin sell/buy prices will cause an infinite cycle... Huh..

I understand that it would be hard for corba to get rid of adding in money in the beginning of getting a premium rank, but is there a possible way to balance this out where people who do not have a rank ( and can not farm nearly as fast because no /fly [it does help a lot] ) can still be apart of a trading system while not having to farm a bunch of money at the start... and possibly work their way up to baltop?

I'm just all about that baltop. I know corba is more of a community server... but oof

    Hey @FlashTurtle,

We keep a close eye on the economy. As you might know, getting money into an economy is always easier than getting it out and that was the issue we had on sophus previously. People could earn as much mone as they wanted but there was no real way that people could invest/spend it. This is and will remain the reason why the adminshops are priced the way they are until there is enough reason for us to change it or in other words, there is a way for people to spend their money.

I hope this short explanation makes some sense xD

Yep. That's what I thought. Like I said, though, I just want things to be fair for the F2P people so that they don't feel like it'll take an uber long time for them to get /fly.. At the same time, we don't want them getting it in like 2 days.

(to matt I hope I didn't offend you or anyone, please note I always try saying suggestions saying whats good and bad then what could be better then sometimes try having a friendly debate on what could be better and why, plus I appreciate you and all of the staffs work thank you)

So I feel like there should be at least a way for new players to kinda get money in the beginning, at least something to help them start off. Because the quest you have to mine around 9 stacks of blocks and new players wouldn't be able to do any of it in the first week or at max do 1-3 of them. Also seeing the video about the new updates and being told that the selling prices were low because they weren't really for selling but just to get rid of unneeded items, it made me wonder how do new players get money that helps them give them a boost to start. Quest do help make money but then farms become useless to sell and making a public shop kinda piggy backs off what flash said and even /fly gives new regular players a disadvantage to not only having trouble to do quest but even buy anything from competitive shops. So it kinda replicates what flash said but mentioning other details in more notice, anyways overall I feel to fix this is that there should at least be something to help new players have a chance against donates getting money.
